SOCIAL COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
- 4+ years of business to consumer experience in digital or social content.
- Copywriting experience demonstrating brevity and clarity.
- Strong and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and their admin and analysis interfaces.
- Experience with social publishing, monitoring and measurement platforms
- Community management, especially social media, in a previous role.
- Online customer relationship management experience desired
- Influential thinker and impeccable communicator of ideas.
- Passion for emerging media trends and technology, especially social platform products.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media metrics.
- Expert presentation skills.
